Every launch, every partnership and every post is a chance to tell a better story, and you’ll be the one telling it. You’ll shape how we show up online and in the real world, from the first spark of a campaign idea to the final results. One day you’ll be planning a launch, the next you’ll be briefing an influencer, writing copy or digging into the numbers to see what landed. You’ll have the freedom to test bold ideas and the know-how to turn them into real growth for both brands.

Based at our Royal Phuket Marina office and reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll join a team that moves fast, thinks big and backs each other. You’ll work closely with creatives, partners and the wider West Vision group, bringing everyone together behind campaigns that make people stop, look and book. We’re looking for someone curious, hands-on and proud to put their name to great work, someone who sees a busy calendar as an opportunity, not a challenge.

What you’ll do

- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, partnerships and events.
- Create brand content and keep messaging consistent across every channel and website.
- Run social media, paid advertising and day-to-day digital marketing, and track what’s working.
- Support PR, influencer collaborations and partnerships that grow both brands’ reach.
- Help manage the marketing budget so every campaign delivers real impact.

What you’ll bring

- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business or a related field.
- Proven experience running campaigns across digital and offline channels, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, travel or events.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling and content creation skills, plus the ability to analyse campaign performance.
- Excellent organisation and fluent written and spoken English.
- Graphic design or video editing skills are a bonus.
