We’re preparing to open a new chapter for our beach club, with an ambitious transformation that will redefine the guest experience and set a new standard for the venue.

As we prepare for this next phase, we’re looking for a Hostess who understands that exceptional hospitality begins long before a guest takes their seat. From the first welcome to the final farewell, you’ll play an important role in creating an experience that feels effortless, considered and memorable

Please be aware that this is a temporary role until 30th April 2027. There is the possibility that this position may be made permanent however it depends on the business demand at the time.

What you'll do

• Open the day ready: reception spotless, guest list and VIP bookings reviewed, reservation software live.

• Greet every guest with warmth and their name where you have it, walk them to their seating and hand over to the service team.

• Run the reservation book and the walk-in queue together, moving in sync with bar, kitchen and floor so VIPs, regulars and first-timers all feel looked after.

• Close out the day properly: guest flow and no-shows logged, the guest updated and your station reset for tomorrow.

What you'll bring

• Thai nationality or eligible work permit.

• Strong spoken English.

• Experience working on a reception desk or customer service experience.

• A natural warmth with people, plus a calm head when the queue builds and every table is turning at once.

• Confidence using a reservation system.
